Tracy Zapanta, APRN, FNP-C
Nurse Injector
Tracy is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated in 2017 from Chamberlain College of Nursing with a Master of Science degree in Nursing. She previously worked as a registered nurse at a hospital for 10 years. As a nurse practitioner she has prior experience in Family Practice, weight loss, injury care, integrative and aesthetic medicine. She is a mother of four children. She enjoys spending time with family, going to theme parks, and is a dedicated dance mom.
Melissa
Patient Care Coordinator
Melissa is our Patient Care Coordinator who has 20 plus years in customer service and sales and she is a licensed Esthetician. She is originally from New York but has called Florida home for the past 18 years. Melissa is energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to providing all our patients with kindness and guidance throughout their surgical journey. She’s had personal experience with aesthetic surgery and loves sharing her journey with patients. She is a mother of three and has a passion and love for fashion and beauty.
Shei
Puerto Rico Native military brat, Shei has lived in a couple of places but calls Orlando home after graduating from the University of Central Florida. Graduated from high school with an EMT certification and working in urgent care and specialty offices, Shei loves working in the medical field. Her end goal is to one day be a physician herself. When not in the office, she’s volunteering as a videographer/content creator at her local church. She enjoys cooking, traveling and even practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Tori
Medical Assistant
Originally from Pennsylvania, Tori moved to Central Florida and attended The University of Central Florida where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Science. Tori has always had a strong passion for aesthetics and patient care. When she is not at the office, she enjoys going to pilates, traveling, and spending time with her dog. Tori also has a special love for Disney and is a travel advisor for tourists and new families looking for a fun experience. With a great sense of humor and bedside manner, Tori develops amazing relationships with her patients.
Kim
Patient Concierge
Kim started working in plastic surgery 3 years ago and fell in love with the environment and enhancing patients’ lives. She has a passion for health and fitness and gets joy from helping others be the best version of themselves. She is originally from Michigan but has called Florida her home since 2019. When Kim is not working, you can find her with her young daughter, who is a princess lover and a nature enthusiast.
Sarah
Practice Manager
Sarah is a native of Virginia, she received her bachelors degree from James Madison University and her masters from Emerson College. She has extensive experience in marketing and management, including ten years of working in television as an Editor for reality tv, commercials, and professional sports. Her focus is making Azad Plastic Surgery a welcoming place with patient care as her top priority. A mother to two small children, she loves spending time with her family and loves all things Disney.
Jasmine
OR Manager/First Assist
Jasmine is excited to join Azad Plastic Surgery as our Operating Room Manager and First Assistant to Dr. Azad. She is originally from New Jersey, where she completed her education at Berkeley University. Jasmine has an extensive career in the medical field with over 20 years of experience, including nine years in the field of plastic surgery. She is a devoted wife, mother of three adult children, and first time grandmother.
