Bringing a child into the world can be the most gratifying and rewarding thing a woman can do, however pregnancy, child birth, and breastfeeding, can cause dramatic changes to the body resulting in extra skin, stretch marks, stubborn fat deposits, and sagging breasts. A Mommy Makeover refers to a mixture of two or more plastic surgery procedures, customized for a patient to get back her ‘pre-baby’ body. A tummy tuck provides a patient with a firmer and flatter abdomen by removing excess skin and fat from the midsection, and tightening the abdominal muscles that often get stretched or separated during pregnancy. A breast lift raises the breasts to a perkier, youthful appearance for those who have developed sagging breasts as a result of breastfeeding. Breast augmentation improves the volume of the breast after loss of fullness due to breastfeeding and hormones associated with pregnancy. Liposuction is often used in combination with the other procedures to achieve a more slender silhouette by removing stubborn fat deposits that may have been gained throughout the pregnancy.
